Uses and Dosages

1) For laying bricks :

Use 200 ml of Polyburn with required water for every 1000 bricks.

2) For roof tiles, ordinary earthenware and terracota ware :
Use 500 ml of Polyburn with 100 liters of water. The dose need to be increased if more plasticity is required.

3) For China clay :
Use 500 ml of Polyburn with 200 liters of water for acid resisting bricks, stone ware, sanitary ware, pipe fitting and tiles.

4) For earthen granaries :
Use 1% (100 ml in 10 liters of water) Polyburn for constructing granaries.

Any clay containing chlorides, sulphates or nitrates (salt for lime) should not be used.

Polyburn is available in packing of 5 liters and 20 liters.
