Model
 The Weighbridge is a fully welded drive through steel structure. This high strength structure is designed to withstand all type of vehicular loads according to IRC - 3 Structural steel design means a stronger truck scale that can resist deflection to less than 1/325 th of the span. On the other hand the steel platform has been designed to be as lightweight as possible to make handling, installation, to make transportation easier and less time consuming & ideal to change locations several times. With its wide open bottom ribbed modular design which prevents the potertially damaging effects of internal corrosion & easy access to internal components for easy maintenance.

Weighbridge design / structure
A rugged profile sculpted out of solid steel. The module consists of Steel 'I' Beams which are placed longitudinally in the direction of the traffic, which take the real weight. The load cells are placed under these main beams. Cross beams are weided crosswise to prevent distortion & twisting, even on over loads. Unlike some other weighbridges the deckplate acts as a surface skin rather than part of the load bearing structure.
